Send a request to support@kalo-app.com with the subject Delete my Kalo account.
Email support about deletionInclude the email address on your Kalo account or the sign-in method you used, such as Apple, Google, or email. Include an address where we can reply if it differs from your account email.
Never send your password or health information. Support may need to verify that you own the account before deleting it.
Deletion closes your Kalo account and starts a resumable removal of its active records, including your profile, preferences, goals, and saved food entries. If a server step fails, cleanup is retried.
The app also removes account-specific data from the device used to request deletion. If that local cleanup is incomplete, the app keeps a protected retry record and tells you it is pending. Data on another offline device is not erased remotely. Original records in Apple Health or Health Connect remain with those services and are managed through your device settings.
Some transaction and financial records are pseudonymized and retained for legal, accounting or dispute purposes. Copies in analytics and AI provider systems, logs and backups follow their applicable deletion and expiry procedures. We may also retain a limited record of your request and related correspondence.
For an email request, support will reply to your verified address when deletion is complete and explain any records that must be retained. For in-app deletion, follow the completion message in Kalo.
